County is the owner and claims ownership in fee of the real property in Redwood City more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit `B" and Exhibit "C" attached hereto and by this <br />reference made a part hereof (the "Property"). <br />B. Pursuant to that certain Resolution No. IS70� recorded 2018 in <br />-K of the Official Records of San Mateo County, California ("Official Records") at -Page- City <br />vacated and abandoned a portion of Winslow Street that included the Property. <br />C. City has agreed to formally quitclaim to County any and all right, title and interest it may have in <br />the Property. City does not claim ownership in fee of the Property.
