(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 19, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre, to approve by motion (and affirmative vote of at least five members of <br />the Council), suspension of Purchasing Ordinance requirements, finding that strict <br />compliance would not serve the public interest as set forth in the staff report, and <br />authorization to include a sole sourced turf replacement product in the bid documents, plans, <br />and specifications for the Hoover Synthetic Turf Replacement Project as an alternate bid <br />item. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />�,ile <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
