Approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 851 Main Street provided that prior to <br />recordation, the Parcel Map will be updated to eliminate references to an unrecorded <br />PG&E easement <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with <br />855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with 855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with 855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Hold Harmless Agreement with <br />855 Main Street RWC, LLC <br />6.
