Box 391, City Hall, <br />Redwood City, California; <br />That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real <br />property upon which the aforesaid public work is replaced and furnished approximately 18,149 <br />lineal feet of 6 -inch, 8 -inch, 10 -inch, and 12+ -inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer main with new <br />6 -inch, 8 -inch, and 15 -inch polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), 261 sanitary sewer manholes, 427 <br />sanitary sewer lateral, 4,209 linear feet of 4 -inch and 6 -inch cast iron pipe (CIP) with new 6 -inch <br />and 8 -inch polyvinyl chloride pipe (PVC), 123 water lateral service connections and 8 fire hydrants <br />and associated work. <br />That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which <br />this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: <br />Palm Avenue, Hudson Street, Poplar Avenue, Kentfield Avenue, Union Avenue, Oxford <br />Street, Orchard Avenue, Nueva Street,.
