<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />May 8. 2006 <br />MO. 06-90 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 9, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Planning Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Mezesville Historic District proposal <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8B (613) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on May 8, 2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust, and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Ira Designate the area described below as the Mezesville <br />Historic District:: (1) to approve the March 21, 2006 recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission in whole and designate the subject area as an <br />historic district, per the Redwood City Historic Preservation Ordinance; <br />and, (2) to adopt the findings in conformance with section 40.6 of the <br />Historic Preservation Ordinance. <br /> <br />~e motion. passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~yc. ~ '--~ ' ~ .~~~ ~ <br /> <br />Patricia S.
