(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on February 25, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Howard/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the US -101 Pedestrian Undercrossing <br />Project to Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. of Santa Clara for their responsive and responsible low <br />total bid of $3,903,165, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Council Member Masur abstained. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
