<br />f , <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.\ <br /> <br />ORIGluAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />for <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />201 REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY <br />AT ELECTRONIC ARTS <br /> <br />.~. <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1::day of ~, <br /> <br />1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California, ("City"), and FLATIRONS FUNDING, LIMITED <br /> <br />PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership ("Owner"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property <br /> <br />improvements in connection with the development of 201 Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Parkway at Electronic Arts (the "Property"), situated in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has requested that construction of certain improvements <br /> <br />(as defined below), title to which is proposed to be conveyed to City for public <br /> <br />purposes, be constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be <br /> <br />constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, <br /> <br />and details hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in order to ensure satisfactory performance by <br /> <br />Owner of Owner's obligations under Article VII, Chapter 29, General Street <br /> <br />Improvements, of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br /> <br />regulations of said City, and in consideration of the approval of PO No.1 0307-5 <br /> <br />F: \shared\R edwood\Councii <br />Agmt-O86 <br />FXS:djk <br />06/05/97 <br /> <br />1 <br />
