ORIGINAL - 7110100 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13937 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EASEMENT DEED TO PACIFIC GAS <br />AND ELECTRIC COMPANY; DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br />ACCEPT THE QUITCLAIM DEEDS PERTAINING THERETO; <br />AND TO FILE SAID QUITCLAIM DEEDS AND EASEMENT DEED <br />FOR RECORDATION <br />(SEAPORT BOULEVARD) <br />WHEREAS, the construction of Seaport Boulevard will require the City of <br />Redwood City to grant an easement deed to Pacific Gas and Electric Company <br />( "PG &E ") to relocate their facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is willing to grant an easement as <br />described and depicted on Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein to PG &E; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. This Council hereby grants to Pacific Gas and Electric Company an <br />easement described and depicted on Exhibit "A ". The Mayor and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and attest thereto, respectively, a <br />grant of easement (in form approved by the City Attorney) to Pacific Gas and <br />Electric Company. <br />2.
