(307) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 11, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to close the public hearing passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />1. A report was received from National Demographics Corporation (NDC), the City's <br />demographic consultant, concerning the draft maps proposed to date, as well as the process <br />for obtaining public input on the draft maps of potential voting districts and potential election <br />sequencing for a district -based election process pursuant to Elections Code § 10010; <br />2. A public hearing was held to receive public input on district boundaries, feedback on the <br />draft maps and potential election sequencing was presented; to identify the City Council's <br />preferred map and election date sequencing; and <br />3. An ordinance was introduced establishing seven districts for the election of City <br />Councilmembers, establishing the boundaries and the identification number of each district, <br />establishing the election order of each district and adding Section 2.27.7 to Chapter 2, Article <br />I of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to introduce an Ordinance (Attachment E) with an amendment to revise <br />the map reference to 13F. <br />The motion passes 4-3 by electronic vote with Council Members Aguirre, Hale and <br />Mpos�ed <br />(((���GCYYtd►/(�- 1. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />Citv Clerk <br />
