RD 06-03 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTING BY REFERENCE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY NO. 36 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Administrative Policy No. 36, Signature Authorization Policy, has <br />been adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Administrative Policy No. 36 provides the Redwood City Manager <br />with authority to execute certain membership agreements, certain single-and multiple- <br />year leases and tenancy agreements, and certain agreements whereby City work forces <br />are engaged by outside agencies to provide a service; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it would be desirable for the Executive Director of the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency to be authorized to execute those agreements as set forth <br />above to the same extent as the City Manager. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. that the provisions of Administrative Policy No. 36 as the same now exists <br />or hereafter is amended shall apply to the Executive Director of the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Atty/Reso/Reso.1629 <br />061906 <br /> <br />RD 06-03 <br />Muff # 403 <br /> <br />~ --. --.. -_~~...M._.__~_.~.__._.._---_._..._-~~...-._......_.....H..._...._~-_._.- <br />
