Approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 707 Bradford Street <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with MP <br />Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Creekside Trail Improvement <br />Agreement with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />6.
