Approve Tentative Agreements relative to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions <br />of employment for employees in the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local <br />2400 for the period January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021, and the Service Employees <br />International Union (SEIU) Local 521 for the period February 1, 2019 through January 31, <br />2022, and authorize the City Manager to execute successor Memoranda of Understanding; <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the City's salary and wage plan for employees represented <br />by IAFF; and <br />3.
