6/26/00 <br />0RIG INAL <br />RESOLUTION NO.13929 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE <br />PROJECT — 2000 -2001; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Comprehensive Street Tree <br />Maintenance Project 2000 -2001 in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project — 2000 -2001 - City of <br />Redwood City, CA," prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2.
