(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 8, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a three-year <br />agreement with OpenGov Inc. for Budgeting and Planning, Organizational Performance, and <br />Citizen Engagement, for a total contract amount of $300,000, and authorize the City Manager <br />to amend the agreement for an additional amount of $30,000 in the event additional services <br />are necessary, for a total contract amount of $330,000. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />e <br />Pamela Aguilar,jU4 <br />City Clerk <br />
