(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 8, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Howard to: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Revocable License Agreement with the Kiwanis <br />Club to operate a farmers' market in the vicinity of Arguello and Bradford Streets for a term <br />of three years, with two one-year extensions. <br />2.
