<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />BOARD OF EQUALIZATION <br /> <br />July 10. 2006 <br />MO. 06-143 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 11, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2006/07 Budget <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7B (501) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 10, 2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and <br />Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Bainllra to recommended that the City Council adopt an ordinance repealing <br />ordinance no. 2286, which approved the FY 2005/06 budget and any and all <br />ordinances or resolutions pertaining thereto, and approve a resolution adopting <br />the FY 2006-07 budget. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. <br />2286 ADOPTED JULY 25, 2005 AND ALL ORDINANCES AMENDING SAID <br />ORDINANCE AND ALL RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING OR REVISING <br />APPROPRIATIONS MENTIONED THEREIN, AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />THERETO <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />~~~~.~~~~.~ <br />Patricia S.
