<br />i)OI <br /> <br />'V y/ <br />"'U.t'l <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />(SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK FORCE) <br /> <br />I?l /~ /'1> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this iL day of:' ~:fr~ <br /> <br />1998, between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California ("City"), and the SAN MATEO COUNTY NARCOTICS TASK <br /> <br />FORCE ("S.M.C.N.T.F."); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City operates and maintains a motor vehicle maintenance <br /> <br />facility located at Redwood's City Municipal Services Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, S.M.C.N.T.F. requires the performance of maintenance <br /> <br />services for its municipally-o'Mled motor vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City is vvilling to provide such services, subject to the terms <br /> <br />and conditions hereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS.
