Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California; That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed is to construct a new railroad bridge, new roadway, new storm water pump station, landscaping and irrigation, retaining walls, new decorative street lights, ornamental railing and other improvements. That the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is constructed and to which this notice of completion pertains is described as follows: Public roadway located on Jefferson Avenue between Middlefield Road and Franklin Street in the City of Redwood City.
