IG I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13877 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br />RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT <br />CLASSIFICATIONS, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. <br />13133 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby established for positions <br />included in the Executive Management classifications of the City of Redwood <br />City as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent rates for such <br />positions as set forth in said Exhibit are likewise hereby established, in ranges, <br />effective from and after May 8, 2000. <br />2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in the employment <br />classifications designated in Exhibit A hereof shall be compensated on an hourly <br />basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the <br />respective positions of employment. <br />3. That certain document entitled "City of Redwood City - Executive <br />Management - Summary of Benefits - Effective May 1, 2000", marked Exhibit "B" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, setting forth <br />terms and conditions of employment (other than the salary rates established <br />pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof) pertaining to the positions included in the <br />Reso-856 <br />DES:djk <br />F:IShared/RedwoodlCoundl <br />04/04100 <br />
