O R I S I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13870 <br />4/10/00 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br />TO PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(4 OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula Celebration Association <br />for the use of certain public rights -of -way in connection with the 4ch of July <br />Celebration to be held on July T and 4' 2000, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, <br />the regulation of the public rights -of -way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br />Reso -384 1 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />DES:djk <br />03/27/00 <br />
