0RIGI FIFlL - 3/27/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13856 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH CIRCLE STAR CENTER ASSOCIATES, <br />L.P. AND HOMESTEAD VILLAGE, INCORPORATED RELATING <br />TO EMERGENCY BACK -UP FOR SEWER OVERFLOWS <br />EMANATING FROM THE CIRCLE STAR OFFICE AND <br />HOMESTEAD HOTEL PROJECT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Special Sanitary Sewerage Permit and <br />Agreement," by and among the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, Circle Star Center Associates, L.P., a California limited <br />partnership and Homestead Village, Incorporated, a Maryland corporation, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -837 <br />DES:djk <br />F\S hared\Redwood\Cou nd1 <br />03/07/2000 <br />
