0RI GINAL 2/14/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13835 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />COOPERATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT <br />PREDATOR DAMAGE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES ON <br />REDWOOD CITY PROPERTIES IN THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />PENINSULA <br />(REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Cooperative Service Agreement (Trust <br />Fund) Between the City of Redwood City and United States Department of <br />Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Heath Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife <br />Services (WS) to Conduct Predator Damage Management Activities at City of <br />Redwood City Properties on the Redwood Shore Peninsula," (Agreement <br />Number: 00- 73 -06- 5334 -TF) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the United States <br />Department of Agriculture (USDA) extending the term of said exiting Cooperative <br />Service Agreement, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -824 <br />F\Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:djk <br />02/07/00 <br />
