ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13822 <br />2/7/00 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN <br />CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br />(HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />( Herkner Swim Pool)" (form dated 01/19/00), pursuant to which the Sequoia High <br />School District of 1201 Brewster Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94062, subject to <br />certain terms and conditions, is hereby granted permission to use the Herkner <br />Swim Pool at that certain City -owned real property, commonly known as <br />1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "A," <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso-813 <br />F:lsharedlRedwwdlCoundl <br />FXS:djk <br />01119100 <br />
