1/24/00 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1:iRi6 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE PENINSULA NO. 1 WATER TANK REHABILITATION <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Peninsula No. 1 Water Tank <br />Rehabilitation Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct -the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Peninsula No. 1 Water Tank Rehabilitation Project Redwood City, <br />California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2.
