12/6/99 <br /> 0 R I G I I~ A L ~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13803 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE ALAMEDA DE LAS <br /> PULGAS AND GOODWIN AVENUE WATERMAIN <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br /> OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13753, adopted October 25, <br />1999, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Alameda de las Pulgas and <br />Goodwin Avenue Watermain Replacement Project in the City of Redwood City, <br />California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, six bids were received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, L.J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering Co., Inc. of San Jose, <br />California is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to award said bid to L.J. Krzich Pipeline Engineering Co., Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of L.J.
