11/22/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13794 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT TO REDWOOD CITY CHILD <br /> DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY- <br /> OWNED PROPERTY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A <br /> PLAYGROUND STRUCTURE <br /> <br /> (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Child Development Program, a Not For <br /> Profit Corporation, has requested permission to install a playground structure at <br /> the Fair Oaks community Center, 2600 Middlefleld Road; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to grant a <br /> revocable permit to the Redwood City child Development Program to install a <br /> <br /> playground structure, subject to certain specified terms and conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a revocable permit <br />to Redwood City Child Development Program, to install a playground structure at <br />the Fair Oaks Community Center to improve the use of said property as a child <br />care center, which permit shall not be effective until such time as Redwood City <br />Child Development Center executes an acceptance of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br /> 2. The permit herein granted shall be in the form of that certain permit <br />entitled "Revocable Permit to Redwood City Child Development Program for <br /> <br />Reso-787 <br />f:/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS;fs <br />11/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
