11/22/99 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13793 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. <br />13133, ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND <br />RELATED COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF <br />EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT <br />CLASSIFICATIONS, TO REVISE THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR <br />THE POSITIONS OF POLICE CAPTAIN, COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT SERVICES MANAGER AND FIRE CHIEF <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Exhibit A of Resolution No. 13133 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br />and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans for Positions of <br />Employment with the City of Redwood City Included in the Executive <br />Management Classifications, and Rescinding Resolution No. 12689", adopted <br />July 14, 1997, is hereby amended by revising the salary schedule for the <br />positions of Police Captain, Community Development Services Manager and Fire <br />Chief as set forth in Exhibit "A-1" (commencing from and after September 13, <br />1999 for the position of Police Captain and commencing from and after October <br />11, 1999 for the positions of Community Development Services Director and Fire <br />Chief), hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2.
