10/25/99 <br /> - OR-IGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13754 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br /> THE REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Among San Mateo County <br />Human Services Agency Office of Housing and Redwood City Child <br />Development Program and City of Redwood City to Provide Funding for Portable <br />Classroom Acquisition" (form dated September 8, 1999), a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-760 <br /> F:Shared/RedwoodlCouncillReso <br /> FXS:~k <br /> 09/27/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
