10/11/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13752 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR DREDGING AND <br /> CLEANING OF BOX CULVERTS AND SUMPS AT <br /> CORDILLERAS CREEK AT INDUSTRIAL WAY; AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND <br /> DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13734, adopted September 13, <br />1999, the City Clerk readvertised for bids for the dredging and cleaning of box <br />culverts and sumps at Cordilleras Creek at Industrial Way in the City of <br />Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, one bid was received for the <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Casey Construction of Redwood City, California was the <br />lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to Casey Construction; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
