0 R I G I N A L 10/11/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13749 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br /> FOR THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> OF AN UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY FOR THE <br /> FINANCE DEPARTMENT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br /> DIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase, installation and maintenance of a Powerware Plus 18 Model <br />Uninterruptable Power Supply ("UPS") for the Finance Department - Information <br />Technology Division of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Power Source Inc. of Campbell, California, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to accept the <br />bid of Power Source Inc.; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
