(209) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 22, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to: <br />Waive First Reading and Introduce ordinance amendments to City Code Chapter 2 <br />(Administration), Article IX (Boards and Commissions), and Chapter 45 (Public Art) to <br />update the powers, duties, and term limits of the Civic Cultural Commission and change <br />its name to the Arts Commission; and <br />2.
