(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 22, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Howard to close the public hearing passes 5-0 by voice vote with <br />Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />M/S Reddy/Masur to: <br />(1) Adopt Resolution 15754 to approve the FY19/20 Annual Action Plan (Action Plan) and <br />authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and file documents related to the Action <br />Plan for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and <br />(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with organizations identified <br />in the Action Plan. <br />The motion passes 5-0 by electronic vote with Councilmembers Borgens and Hale <br />absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
