(505) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 22, 2019. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Howard to close the public hearing passes 5-0 by voice vote with <br />Councilmembers Borgens and Hale absent. <br />M/S Reddy/Howard to appropriate $15,000 in one time funding to the Civic Cultural <br />Commission grant program to allow non-profit organizations which held special events in <br />2018 which required City permits to apply for grant funding to help offset any potential cost <br />increases related to City permits and fees for holding those same events between June 2019 <br />and June 2020. <br />The motion passes 4-1 by electronic vote with Councilmember Aguirre opposed and <br />Councilmembers Bor ens and Hale absent. <br />6�Zq � <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
