9/27/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13745 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHOR)ZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, <br /> INSTALLATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNICATION <br /> EQUIPMENT ON CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (RADIO ROAD AND REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PACIFIC BELL WIRELESS has requested permission to install and <br />construct communication equipment on certain real property owned by the City of <br />Redwood City and known as Parcel "D" of Lido Neighborhood Unit No. 1, Book 126, <br />page 79, recorded by San Mateo County Recorder, City of Redwood City, County of <br />San Mateo, California (Parcel "D"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to grant a revocable <br />encroachment permit permitting the installation of two panel antennae mounted on an <br />existing Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") and the construction of related <br /> <br />equipment on said real property subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a revocable <br />encroachment permit to Pacific Bell Wireless, which shall be transferable or assignable <br />to its heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, beneficiaries, and successors (of <br />whatever nature), subject to the written approval of the City Manager, for the installation <br />of two panel antennae mounted on an existing PG&E tower and the construction of <br /> <br />Reso-753 1 <br />F:sh/redwood/counci~/reso <br />FXS:rg <br />09/21/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
