9/13/99 <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13738 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES FOR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND TECHNICAL <br /> SUPPORT FOR THE SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA <br /> ACQUISITION (SCADA) SYSTEM <br /> <br /> (THE EDCCO GROUP) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires system maintenance and <br />technical support services for supervisory control and data acquisition <br />("SCADA") system in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The EDCCO Group of San Carlos, California, represents that <br />it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br />required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Engineering <br /> Services - System Maintenance and Technical Support for the Supervisory <br /> Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System" (form dated 09/07/99), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California, and The EDCCO Group, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br /> <br /> Re~o-746 '~ <br /> FX$:djk <br /> F:/Shared/Redwood/Counci[ <br /> 09/07/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
