9/13/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13736 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE <br /> STREET TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT 1999-2000; <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID <br /> WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF BID SECURITY <br /> DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 13658 adopted June 28, 1999, <br />the City Clerk advertised for bids for the Comprehensive Street Tree <br />Maintenance Project 1999-2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were received for <br />the performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional Tree <br />Care Company of Berkeley, California is the lowest responsible bidder and it is <br /> <br />the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of said bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
