8/23/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13727 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF POLICE OFFICER AND <br /> POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 13289 AND ANY ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING <br /> THERETO <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective with the first pay period beginning on or after September 1, <br /> 1999, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and the hourly equivalent rates thereof, <br /> as set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, are hereby established for each of the employee positions within the <br /> employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set <br /> forth in Exhibit A for the designated steps thereof for the period September 1, <br /> 1999 to and including August 31,2002. <br /> <br /> 2. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions in the <br />employment classifications of Police Officer and Police Officer Trainee as set <br />forth in Exhibit A shall be compensated on an houdy basis in accordance with <br />the salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the period therein designated. <br /> <br /> 3.
