8/23/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13703 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN <br /> CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> ("THE CLIMATE BEST FEST") <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Catherine Brda of the Optimist <br />Club of Redwood City for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection <br />with "The Climate Best Fest "to be held on October 2nd and 3r~, 1999, in the form <br />of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein <br />is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is <br />hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police <br />is hereby authorized and directed to issue said permit. <br /> <br />Reso-420 <br />F:/Shared/RedwoodlCouncil <br />DES:djk <br />08/13/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
