N A L 8/23/99 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13702 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CABLE TELEVISION <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> (TELECOMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT CORP.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires consulting and negotiating <br />services for implementation of City's Open Video System ("OVS") agreement <br />with RCN Corporation (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Telecommunications Management Corp. of Los Angeles, <br />California, represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise <br /> <br />to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BI: IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Cable Television <br />Consulting Services" (form dated 8/12/99), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Telecommunications <br />Management Corp. of Los Angeles, California, for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />Reso-725 <br />F:~shared\redwood\council <br />FXS:djk <br />08/12/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
