__ 0 R I G I N A L 8/23/99 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13700 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE 1999-2000 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1999-2000 Sewer Main <br /> Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br /> described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the 1999-2000 Sewer Main Replacement Project - City of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development Services/Engineering and Construction, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the offi~ the of the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
