8/23/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13697 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR INSTALLATION OF <br /> FENCE <br /> <br /> (Philip Martin, 1339 Recreation Way) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit for <br />Installation of Fence (Philip Martin, i339 Recreation Way)" (form dated <br />08~04~99), pursuant to which this Council grants revocable permission to said <br />Philip Martin for the use of a portion of City-owned property located within <br />Stulsaft Park for installation of fence, a copy of which Revocable Permit is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said permit, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-719 <br />f:/sh/sh/RC/Council <br />FXS;~g <br />08~04~99 <br /> <br /> <br />
