7/12/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13667 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> ELECTRICAL MODIFICATIONS FOR THE MAIN LIBRARY; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for electrical modifications at the Main <br />Library in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Electrical Modifications for the Main Library - Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
