N A L 6/28/99 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13664 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT <br /> TO THE RAISER ORGANIZATION AND REGULATING USE OF <br /> PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (4TM OF JULY BARBECUE AND CONCERT HOE DOWN) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Raiser Organization for the use of <br />certain public rights-of-way in connection with the 4th of July Barbecue and <br />Concert Hoe Down to be held in the plaza adjacent to City Center Plaza and <br />Caf~ Amore including the plaza area adjacent to City Hall on July 4th 1999, in the <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief <br />of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> F :lSharedlRedwoodlCouncillReso-695 <br /> DES:djk <br /> 06/22/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
