6/28/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13658 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE COMPREHENSIVE STREET TREE MAINTENANCE <br /> PROJECT - 1999-00; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Comprehensive Street Tree <br />Maintenance Project 1999-2000 in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the Comprehensive Street Tree Maintenance Project ~ 1999-2000 - City of <br />Redwood City, CA,' prepared by the Department of Public Works Services, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office the of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
