6/14/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUT ION NO. 13653 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 05/26/99), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and the City of Belmont granting to said City the non-exclusive use of <br />the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated <br />therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-678 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:lSharedlRedwoodlCouncil <br />05/26/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
