· .- 6/14/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13650 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br /> of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 05/26/99), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol, <br /> granting to said association the non-exclusive use of the City's Weapons Firing <br /> Range subject to the terms and conditions stated therein, a copy of which permit <br /> is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br /> Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-680 <br /> FXS:djk <br /> F :lSharedlRedwoodlCounc[[ <br /> 05/26/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
