6/14/99 <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13648 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORiZiNG EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING <br /> SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REDWOOD <br /> SHORES LAGOON MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> (WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement for engineering services and implementation of <br />a management plan in connection with the Redwood Shores Lagoon has been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council desires to signify its approval thereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Environmental <br />Engineering Services and Implementation of the Redwood Shores Lagoon <br />Management Plan" (form dated 06/09/99), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Waterworks <br />Industries, Inc., for the performance of professional services in connection with <br />the Redwood Shores Lagoon Management Plan, a copy of which Agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and the <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> F:~sh~Redwood\Council\ <br /> Reso-690 <br /> FXS:rg <br />06109199 <br /> <br /> <br />
