LEAHY, P.E., CIVIL ENGINEERING & PLANNING) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the completion of the final <br />design for the stream bank erosion repair along Cordilleras Creek near Industrial <br />Way in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood City <br />requires professional engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andrew J. Leahy, P. E., Civil Engineering and Planning of <br />San Francisco, California, represents that he is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Engineering <br />Services - Final Design of Cordilleras Creek Bank Erosion Repair Project" (form <br />dated 05/18/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Andrew J.
