5/24/99 <br /> _ ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13639 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS SEGMENT 8; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for Redwood Shores Levee <br />Improvements Segment 8, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
