5/17/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13633 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR VEHICULAR <br /> PARKING <br /> <br /> (YMCA OF THE MID-PENINSULA) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit for <br />Vehicular Parking (YMCA of the Mid-Peninsula)" (form dated 05/04/99), pursuant <br />to which this Council grants revocable permission to said YMCA for the use of a <br />portion of City-owned property located within Palm Park for vehicular parking <br />purposes, a copy of which Revocable Permit is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said permit, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-656 <br />G:lsharedlRedwoodlCouncil <br />DES:djk <br />05/04/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
